Door Seals

Door seals are compressive gaskets installed within the door frame and along door perimeters to create a watertight and airtight barrier between the vehicle body and the exterior. Constructed from EPDM rubber or thermoplastic elastomers, they prevent water, dust, and wind noise ingress while minimizing vibration. Designs incorporate internal lip configurations and varying durometers for optimal compression and sealing performance. Some seals feature integrated weatherstripping or glass run channels. Replacement is critical following body repair or when exhibiting cracking, tearing, or diminished compression set.
