3Q0919098B Audi suction je

This little part is actually pretty simple. It’s basically a one – way valve, a small check valve, inside your fuel pump assembly. Its job is to allow fuel to be drawn into the pump, but prevent it from flowing back out. It opens easily in one direction, but seals tight the other way. It’s a critical piece within the fuel pump. The pump needs to create suction to pull fuel from the tank to the engine. The Suction Jet helps maintain that suction, making sure the pump doesn't lose prime. It works alongside the pump's internal components to ensure a steady flow of fuel. Honestly, if this thing fails, you'll notice if it’s bad. The engine will likely struggle to start, or it might start and then stall. It could run rough or just lack power. Think of it like a shield protecting the pump’s ability to draw fuel. If the shield fails, the pump can’t do its job effectively. Replacing it is usually much easier – and cheaper – than replacing the entire fuel pump assembly. You can find these pretty easily, actually. A good place to check is Fixparts Online – they usually have a good selection of fuel system parts. It's a small piece, but it makes a big difference. Audi quality assured: Suction Jet (MPN 3Q0919098B) includes a 12-month warranty!
